'The Beerview Mirrors' Smash The Quiz!

What a night at The Rectory! We had every table full and ready for action at the start of this week's quiz, which was a delight to see. A lovely mix of faces regular and new made for a really great atmosphere. It was regular quizzer 'Kane's' leaving do, so we made sure we gave him a proper send-off with this quiz! The first round looked promising for 'Kane's ex Mates' (no prizes for whose team that was...) as they lead with pack with a 3 point advantage by question 20. However as celebrations got underway during the second round, they lost their edge and were pipped to the post by newcomers 'Beerview Mirrors' who astonishingly managed to answer every question correctly in the second round! A really great achievement. This week it was a family affair as 'The Moores' managed to scoop their free bottle of wine for 2nd to last place. Our jackpot was deservedly won this week from one team member of 'The Boy's From the Bar,' and he looked delighted with is win! Be sure to join us next week for another lively night at quizzing.
