It Takes Two....To Win First Place!

Confidence was running high in The Rectory this evening during the first round of this venue’s second ever quiz. Word had clearly spread about the fabulous prizes available, as there were double the number of teams this week! As we came to the end of round one, we had teams tied for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, so it was a tight race going into round two. The tougher second round separated the pack, and we had a tie for second place, ‘Forheads are better than One’ and returning team ‘the Heath Legends’, but it was one of smaller teams of the evening who swooped in to claim first prize, two man team ‘Three Billboards outside Ebbing Quizouri’. A lovely warm atmosphere in the Rectory this evening, exactly what we all needed to get away from the snow. I hope to see you all back next week for another night of competitive quizzing!
