One of the things you learn about quizzing when you've been doing it as long as I have is that in any quiz, I don't care where you are be it Los Angeles's or Barnton, sooner or later one of the teams is going to win it. And that's exactly what happened tonight in the Ram In Kingston.

Eleven teams, let's count them shall we for clarification sake?

That's right thirty three players playing for two hours straight.

It was a cliff hanger this one. Very, very, close in the end. But when the smoke had cleared old favourites John and Tonic sailed to the top assisted by a third player who's input aloud them to win fifty thousand pence of bar tab.
