Quizzes makes me weak at the knees

We had 9 lovely teams taking part tonight, battling it out for a top prize of £68 cold card cash (well, more like soft notes!), free drinks and a bottle of wine.

It was a close call at the end of the first half, with just 5 points separating the top and bottom scores.

Quitina Aguilera came out on top with 39 points taking home the cash and Pruners won the chance to play for the jackpot. With a starting card of 6 Clubs they went higher, but were beaten by a 3 Clubs. Quizzy McQuizFace came in second to last, cementing their new found friendship with a bottle of wine. Who said that fainting on the tube and being taken to a pub quiz by the person who rescues you isn't the way to start a beautiful friendship.
