Camembert Was In The Air...

A new venue for me this evening at The Plough, and a lovely evening indeed.

7 teams and all sorts of prizes up for grabs (they’re very generous at The Plough) we had the usual wine and cash but this lot award Jammie Dodgers to the team who come second!! Now that is a cracking idea and great to have with a post-quiz cup of tea... sigh. Thursday evening Bliss.

Tonight upholding their reign over The Plough Quiz was the chaps from “Not Ready Already”, followed by “Why does It smell of Broccoli?” ... it wasn’t broccoli actually it was some delicious Camembert!! But you have to admit the smell does linger!!!

And congrats to "The Pruners" winning the second to last place wine.

Looking forward to coming back next week - will someone win the cash jackpot, who knows...
