It warmed the cockles of my heart this week to see that the widely-feared ‘Beast From The East’ was unable to diminish the insatiable thirst for useless trivia of our hardy quizzers. 20 of East Dulwich’s finest walked, slipped, skated and skied up Lordship Lane to gorge on the veritable feast of knowledge that was this week’s quiz. ‘Brian Freeze’ ran out eventual winners with a highly commendable 44/51 - the second highest score of my 7 week tenure as Plough quizmaster.

With Storm Emma subsiding in the coming days, there’s snow reason not to come down and try your luck next Thursday!
