A relatively quiet night at the Pilgrim with only 9 teams, but rife with excitement! First of all, the winning team did so despite the -1 point penalty they had for an extra team member - well done to 'Penny For Your Dough Balls', they scored 35 points! Secondly, we had a tie for the second-to-last prize of wine: both 'Jon', our one man wonder, and 'Quiz On My Face' scored 24 points. 'Quiz On My Face' decided to graciously give up the bottle, rather than do an extra question to decide the tie. Finally, the time came for the jackpot: 9 lucky gents played heads or tails while Jason threw the coin. They say nasty things about karma, but this time the reward was instantaneous: representative of team 'Quiz On My Face', faced with 50% chance, had all the luck and the team walked out with £200 in cash!
