Tonight's quiz began with a slight microphone snafu! I got to play The Pilgrim unplugged and go around three different parts of the pub to repeat questions. Luckily things were fixed quickly and we got to enjoy a community vibe throughout. Team Schindler's Pissed beat everyone with 36.5 points; entire 4 teams (Quiz It Means Quiz It; Wet Wet Wet; T.A.L.C. and Hard of Hearing) shared the runner-up spot with 33 points, so competition was absolutely fierce. Similarly, Sneep Snoop won the wine with 22 points, with Jet Lagged and Thin Quizzy only half point away from them at 22.5. Finally, Thin Quizzy played for the jackpot, but did not win it: this means that £200 will await a lucky team next week! See you there. :-)
