Bank Holiday Madness At The Pilgrim!

This Bank Holiday, The Pilgrim got a brand new quizmaster, and the locals gave a worthy welcome. FORTY-FIVE PEOPLE turned up to play the quiz, with the best team, 'That Lot' scoring 37 points! £50 to put behind the bar went to the lucky winners, while the second to last team, 'Universally Challenged', got 13 points and a bottle of house wine. Tantalisingly, nobody won the jackpot of £50 - next week there will be £95 to play for! Come over next Sunday - we start 7.30 pm and aim to finish by 9.30 (tonight went on later, but blame it on Bank Holiday...).
