Of the seven teams playing for a £40 bar tab last night at The Manor Arms, two were from a local choir currently on summer holiday.
No singing last night but a keenly fought quiz which ended with a win for a seven-person team, "Rodin's The Drinker". This team won even after losing a point for having a large team with more than six members.
Although "The Only Way Is Up" won the chance to have a crack the jackpot, the team didn't manage to win and so next week the jackpot will be £76.
Well worth a trip to Streatham to try to win it! The quiz starts at 8 pm.
