"Quizzy Rascals" rule the roost this week

It was like an England versus Scotland home international in the Jolly Farmer this evening as the noise steadily increased in volume as the quiz progressed and drew to a close. Needless to say the bulk of the increased volume came from team "Scotia" who competed fiercely with Quizzy Rascals with the later ultimately prevailing by only two points to claim the £50 bar and food voucher first prize.

In terms of the evening's £25 bar and food voucher second prize, more points don't necessarily mean prizes (!) as "Quizzly Bears" piped direct rivals "Quizlamic Extremists" and also previous prize winners "Not on Holiday" to take second prize, despite gaining fewer points!
