Mixed Doubles Is Where It's At

This week in The Jam Tree in Clapham four lovely teams fought bravely for the champion's title and of course the all-coveted £50.00 bar tab. And all our players, without exception, impressed with their wide-ranging general (and not so general) knowledge, and there wasn't a single team with a score under 30 tonight.

At halftime, Annie, and her gang of girls, mysteriously named "Anon" were beating our all boy "Team Bertie" by half a point but were themselves just half a point behind our mixed newcomers "Don't Put Your Hand There" who were in the lead with 17.5 points.

At the end of the final round the all-male "Team Bertie" had managed to beat the girls to second place, scoring an amazing 37.5, but in the end, it was the mixed doubles "Don't Put Your Hand There" who were victorious with their incredible 39.5 points win.
