It was a hot quiz tonight - what was lacked in number was more than made up for in effort and damned honest sportsmanship. Only three teams but a quiz host couldn't have asked for a better selection - regular faces at the Italian Job - and well-matched too! Make America Smart Again ended half a point above the Dragons but disputed one of their points - marking their own score paper down!! A first for this quiz host to see such fair play, and a touching display of respect for true quiz etiquette. They lost a tense tie-breaker to the Dragons but left the pub victors - a battle won against our sometime human inclination toward greed and malice. I see a bright future ahead for us all. Should be a good quiz next week that's for sure.
