In ancient Rome: the circus. In Las Vegas: The boxing ring. In The Island Queen: the quiz.

As winter walked into our house unannounced and put its feet on the table eight teams lined up to declare themselves competitors in the world famous and UN certificated Island Queen Pub Quiz.

The first round was as close as a loud stranger on the central line, with four teams tied for second place, and the first being only closely ahead.
