Busy, busy at the quizzy!

What a night! Eleven teams competed tonight in the largest quiz crowd the Hop Poles has seen in many moons. The first round ended with a seven-way tie for second place so this quizmaster was anticipating the need of several tiebreakers to settle the final scores, but things certainly changed in round 2! Our runaway winners were Team "Quiz in my Pants" with an eye-watering 43 points. Thanks to all the teams for their delightful enthusiasm, and of course, their vast encyclopediae of relatively useless knowledge. See you next week!
