It was a close-run affair at The Hare and Billet this evening, so close in fact that it went to a tie-breaker. After 40 questions, Meghan’s Bananas and Rossky Quizness we’re tied at the top on 36 points, with the interestingly named Jimmy Bumhole & The Five Fingers just a point back on 35. It then went to a numerical tiebreaker question (closest to the correct numerical answer wins), and RQ prevailed, taking home the £50 bar tab first priz as just reward for their hard-fought battle of wits. Back in second last on 20, it was Ben & Andrew who took home the consolation prize of a voucher for a bottle of wine.
