The battle of wits at The Hare and Billet tonight saw a team of four who last won here 12 months emerge victorious again. With an excellent 38 points (21 points in the 2nd half), The Hairy Billets nabbed a deserved victory and a £50 bar tab for their efforts, two ahead of 2nd placed regulars Tranquil Five (36). Halfway leaders Quiz-Team-A Aguilera achieved a creditable 3rd place in the end on 35. The prize for achieving 2nd last place tonight, a voucher for a bottle of wine, went to OG One Kenobi for scoring a full 17 points.
