Another great night of giveaways and drama at The Griffin Belle Quiz Night. The Quizzly Bears came out on top with an impressive 36 points, just nicking the £50 bar spend prize fund from the ever-present London Celtics. But the London Celtics a bit like Liverpool against Barcelona they just wouldn't lay down and they won the 'Closest Too question' for now a record amount of times (8) to play the Higher Or Lower game. After turning 3 successful cards I offered the veteran's £75 to walk away or they could carry on at £50 per card for the next three cards. They chose to gamble and go higher than a 5...........to reveal another 5!!!!!!!!! NOTHING FOR A PAIR IN THIS GAME. Tantrums and tears amongst the old guard but then hugs and laughs.
