'Five Quarters' covered their bill with the winning tab at the East Hill

A tough quiz tonight at the East Hill resulted in all 13 teams closely grouped at the end of round 1, but Five Quarters stormed ahead in the second to take the victory. Unfortunately, Piers from 'One Elf of a Quiz Team' couldn't find the jackpot ticket which means it rolls over to next week.
We had it all tonight, from the youngest quizzer to date (a 9 week old baby) to a successful first date (even if the quiz didn't go so well for them). A great Sunday at East Hill ahead of Christmas!
