Boys from Snowy River Smash it at The Eagle Ladbroke Grove

It was a crack team of two blokes who took out the Pub Quiz at The Eagle in Ladbroke Grove on Tuesday night. At half time, Queenspark Stranglers were in the lead, but with loads of points up for grabs in round two (including some very tough audio questions) it really was anyone's game.

In the final round, team Nailed It, made a huge comeback but it wasn't enough to catch up on Charlie's Angels, Queenspark Strangers and the winners - The Boys from Snowy River with an impressive score of 40, pipping Queenspark Strangers by three on 37.

Winning the bottle of wine was new team, Be Rich.

Bonus points must go to team Charlie's Angels for their inventive ideas of what the dating acronym LTR stands for... :0)

Michelle from team Not Yet said the night was loads of fun and a great laugh.
The new team at The Eagle also had a great night and loads of fish and chips and beer was consumed.
