Priti Patel's Anti-Bullying Squad took the gold at the Draft House Chancery Lane on Tuesday night, boosting their score with the bonus points from round 1's free drinks question, as well as a win in the creative round.
Teams were challenged to design a cover for Time magazine in December 2020, naming person of the year (and why) and giving two other headlines for events that haven't happened yet. Competition was very strong (some covers weren't even in human language!) but PP'sA-BS's cover featuring Ģary the last man on earth making imaginary friends, finally watching 'Breaking Bad' and conducting his own interview was the bar staff's favourite, and won them the points.
Runners-up, and winners of the bottle of wine, were The Sorority, while the coveted second-to-bottom honours (and cans of beer) went to Wuhan Wanderers.
Quaranteam won round 2's free drink and bonus points, and The Sorority had the bonus point for funniest wrong answer of the evening. Their answer to '15 s on the G S' was "15 shrimps on the Great Salad"....
