Another busy night at Balham's porkiest pub quiz, but in spite of a valiant attempt, regulars Jonathan's Sausage Roll were unable to win even Best Team Name. That accolade went to Trivia Newton John, who the Devonshire staff felt deserved it without even taking account of their strap line (yes, they went all out this week), 'Let's Get Quizzical'. The EDY (Electric Dwight Yorkestra) took another £30 bar tab, having relinquished their mid-way lead, effectively losing out on account of the anagram bonus point. The victors, Trivia Newton John, added £50 cash to their highest quality pork and pastry snackage, with It's Nearly Quizmas clinching the bottle of wine from the jaws of defeat.
