Fond farewells!

What a great night for me to go out on! After a year and a half of hosting the quiz at this pub I've decided to hang up the microphone. The quiz will continue with your new host next week. Thanks to everyone who has made it a special quiz to be part of.

Tonight's foil challenge was British Landmarks. We had a few Angel of the Norths, a couple of Loch Ness Monsters and 2 stonehenges. Our winner was "Good Riddance" with Tower Bridge. Runner up was a very simple pun of a square with "Trafalgar" written on it, sometimes it's better to be simple. That point went to "Sex, Drugs and Sausage Rolls".

Today's winners were "Good Riddance" (though, I should have deducted points for that team name!) Second place was "Fizmo Plus One". Second to last was "Who wants to be a Millie-onaire".

The cash jackpot was not won so next time it will be worth £342!!!
