It’s Our Christmas Quiz!

We had an excellent festive themed Christmas Quiz last night and it was one hell of a way to see out the year. We had bottles of Prosecco as free drinks for the best drawn Christmas trees and as always top prize £50 bar tab, second Prize bottle of wine and then the bowl of nuts for second to last.
One team shone above the rest (Star reference for you there) and stormed to victory with a whopping 38 points where the A Quizmas Carol, and trailing behind with 33 points where our second place winners, our regulars, The Barflies!
At the end of the evening we had our last Jackpot round where the Jackpot had to be one. Our teams were playing for a jaw dropping £614!!! The closest top won the quiz. The question; how many miles is it to drive to Lapland? The answer 1999. The winners won with 1996 by .... wait for it .... guessing with their joint birth year!!! What a way to win! So they won all that lovely cash and we start again next week with a new Jackpot! Come on down, it can literally be that easy!
