Away with the pixels at the Crown

Five teams gathered at the Crown last night for our usual weekly revelry which this week had our teams challenged not only by tricky questions but by a tragically low pixel count on the picture round (the sad result of the quiz host having a disagreement with a photocopier.) Our creative round 'Write a limerick beginning with the line 'There was an old man called Bill" produced some funny and occasionally filthy poetic efforts, and was won by newcomers Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner. The Quizlamic State, another new team, were the winners overall, with the Wentworth Wizards taking home the bottle of wine.
