Double Tiebreakers & Right Prices

'The Price is Right', (despite incurring a 1-point penalty for having 7 team members instead of 6), triumphed in a tiebreaker finish against 'Yanny & Laurel' to claim the glittering £50 bar voucher for first place at The Crabtree on Tuesday night. 'Yanny & Laurel' didn't go home empty-handed, though, winning comedy tickets for second place.
Second-to-last (2 free drinks) was a hard fought contest too, with 'Maria's Martyrs' grabbing liquid victory from Clairecha, who just did that bit too well in the second round to keep the position they held at the end of round one.
The free drink question was won by 'the Patrick Hamilton Trio', who snatched the prize in the evening's first tiebreaker (this time against 'Maria's Martyrs') - drinks were decided by the age of a long-lived (but very dead) cat!
