Crabtree Conundrums

Despite dreary weather and an influx of Fulham fans, we fielded ten teams at the Crabtree last night. And with such pun-tastic porcine headlines available, our best team name had to be 'David Cameron's Pulled Pork!'. So thank you for that.
With the impending arrival of returning football fans, the clock was ticking and we kicked off sharp at 8pm. We had a few large teams of 8 & 9, a young crowd and winning team Jarlsberg back to defend their crown. They were in a bullish mood and led from the start. Teams struggled with some of the cryptics, some with the anagram, but very little could derail the title holders who tonight, seemed unstoppable.
A free drink was won by Inter Minan and the scratchcard by one of the winning team, but to no avail. The rollover jackpot was not won last night, so next week will be close to £100!
