Clean Sweep at the Crabtree!

It looked to be a quiet evening after the weekends highs and lows and some distinctly unfriendly weather, but the teams arrived and the numbers were made up with a few regular teams, a returning winner and even a rugby international in the form of a former Chilean full-back! The quiz was on!
The first half went well, with two clear horses out in front - Why do fat boys always win on the see-saw? were on 21, 4 ahead of 3rd place, but still trailing the Magnificant 7 by 3 - it was all to play for in the second half, but who would prevail?
It turned out to be the 'fat boys' night. Not only winning the bonus question to secure two tickets to this Saturday's comedy night and beer festival and winning the 1st prize £50 bar tab, they also guessed lucky on the rollover jackpot, chose the right envelope and swooped the £118 prize to boot!
