A Triumphant Return..

..Northern Soul were back with a vengeance this week after a brief hiatus; and what a return it proved to be.

We went into 'Extra Time' this week with a Head to Head tie-breaker between Les Quizerables and Northern Soul after both finished on a most impressive score of 43 points a-piece, but with a guess only 10km out for the coastline of The Isle of Man, the Northern Soul-ers took the win and the £50 bar tab with it!

Newcomers Yorkie took the bottle of wine for second to last place this week - and they managed to make a quick grab and dash as the Fulham FC crowds descended..

It was a busy finish this week after Craven Cottage seemingly emptied directly into the pub; but we managed to just get out under the wire before it really packed out!

Fortunately, we had finished all our Free Drink Questions before the crowds arrived - otherwise I wouldn't be able to see from one table to the next!!

Let's hope for a calmer end to next weeks quiz!

Big Congrats again to Northern Soul for a most impressive return; to Les Quizerables for giving a most impressive performance, and to Yorkie for their cheeky wine win!
