Whether you like the presence of regular winners Notting Hill Billies or not, they quizzing prowess speaks for itself and it will be sad to see them leave as they return to the more local Notting Hill joint. What I'm sure is that that pub's quiz couldn't possibly match the quality of the Castle's. And, as Rudy says, Holland Park is way better than Notting Hill. If you don't agree with me, you'd better come down and have it over the quiz next Monday.

A fledgling couple went home with a bottle of Prosecco for coming second to last after a close tiebreak, so it goes to show that good or bad at general knowledge, everyone has a chance to win something. Even my love. And that was proven tonight as the fantastic Castle crowd made me sad that I was only a cover this evening.

It'll be back to usual next week but I hope to see your eager smiling faces at the Castle again soon.
