When I walked into the Bucks Head in Camden tonight there were 6 people in there and I was expecting to have to cancel. It just goes to show one should never count one's chickens before they hatch as 4 of those 6 came for the quiz and they kept coming and by 8 o clock the entire back area of the pub was full of quiz teams while the rest of the place was virtually empty. Returning regulars under another name, Joe's Bitches, away for Christmas, came back with a convincing 44 point victory, 9 points ahead of 2nd place Where's my Quinoa? The 2nd to last bottle of wine went to a very surprised Jake and Olga, while nobody even guessed close to the nearest to question, how long would a snail take to complete the London marathon. (550 days). With a nearest to of 125, new faces Sofa Kings Smart got through but chose the only empty envelope on the table. Bad luck. So the Jackpot swells again, this time to £320.
