Well this was the closest run quiz I've ever seen at The Bohemia, and that wasn't just the final scores, that includes the tie-breaker that narrowly decided tonight's winners.

The winners of the bottle of wine for second last, 'Lodgers', were only a point behind their mates in 3rd last 'The Whoevers'. However, it was as the top of the trivia table that proved to be even tighter than that.

After 40 questions, 'The Sockrobbers' and 'Put Anything' were tied on 35 points. The tie-breaker was, "How many calories are there in a Big Mac?":

Correct answer: 563
Put Anything: 425 (138 away)
Sockrobbers: 700 (137 away).

Therefore, and in a non-dietary sense, only a single calorie separated them, and so 'The Robbers were very lucky' to leave with the £50 bar voucher first prize. Very bad luck to 'Put Anything'... so close.
