Coalition Holds The Balance Of Brain-Power
Graeme W
Even with only 3 of their usual number available tonight, one set of former winners still triumphed, holding a narrow points majority at The Bohemia over a very crowded field of diverse parties.
Former winners Coalition Of Chaos formed a united front in regaining their seat in the Finchley North quiz constituency, with a total of 35 points (no recounts). They won a £50 golden bar ticket for their fine efforts. A mere point behind on 34 were loyal regulars and Father Ted fans Straight Outta Craggy...a great bunch o’ lads.
Back in second last were two teachers (worry not, parents of N12, it’s the holidays) Half-Term, whose score of 18 points won them a nice bottle of white wine. Needless to say, this incident has been reported to Ofsted...
