'Team 1' are Number One!

Very exciting evening of quizzing at Beer Hawk. It was a head to head battle of epic proportions. 'Team 1' reigned victorious with thanks to Mara's knowledge of Pixar characters, and Sarah's last minute Miley Cyrus brainwave. However, Steff and John from 'Quiztina Aguilera' did a stellar job - John's love of the 'Mussels from Brussels' proved useful in catching some niche points (and Steff will probably never forget that Hawaii is the state that produces the largest amount of coffee). Tom and Gina behind the bar are consistently impressive quizzers, scoring a super high 44. They were helped our in the second round by Alan who brought a lot of obscure knowledge to the table. 'Team 1' went home with a £50 bar tab, and 'Quiztina Aguilera' enjoyed their choice of beers from the fridge. WHAT A NIGHT! Join us again next week for more beer, bantz and quizzing fun.
