As the Rolling Stones once sang 'I Can't Get No Satisfaction . . . Or Enough Pub Quizzes'. And what a quiz it was tonight at Beer Hawk, Farringdon! The lovely Nicole and Sophia of JUST THE TWO OF US were an absolute delight and their 'Friends' knowledge nabbed them an all important point for a question that was nothing to do with 'Friends'. In bronze medal position we have the fabulous AMY, who was out having a few leaving drinks with her wonderful colleagues from Childline. Best of luck for the future Amy (and your Zombieland knowledge is top notch). In second place, and winning some delicious pints for their impressive range of general knowledge (and some spicy crackers for their alternative offering for question 36) was Tom and Lucy of THE MUPPET SHOE. Amazing result - especially with just two people in the team! And finally, absolutely slaying the competition and winning the coveted £50 bar tab were THE WUHAN CLAN. Wowwee! Alex, Dave and Rob were outstanding - with knowledge ranging from Taylor Swift to Proton Pump Inhibitors. Very impressive stuff, lads.
