High scores all round last night at the regular Monday night quiz. The Angel in The City Road is the venue and the quiz starts at 6:30pm with a £50 bar tab for the winning team, plus two bonus drink prizes.
Just before the quiz started there were several teams without a full compliment of members! Even when the quiz had begun, people were still arriving with the members of one team delighted when the final member "Alan" arrived - was he the main brain power of the team?
When the quiz had finished the winning team with one of the longest and difficult to read team names ever, "Ken Dodd's Dad's Dog's Died" had scored 44 points with the nearest two teams only having one point between teach of them.
