On a hot summer night, and after a 2-week break due to Henley's Regatta and Festival, our Wednesday's evening quiz was back and running, with a full house made of a plethora of regular teams and a few new faces.
Newcomers The Thrashers did not leave empty-handed, taking home a few gin glasses as the bottom runner's down (?) prize, while Ravi's Angels won for the 3rd time, though we're yet to meet the 'common friend' who's been the inspiration to their team's name.
The Thrashers also had a go at the Jackpot but were unlucky half-way through, with the prize rolling over to next week.
