Xmas Trivia and the last hurrah of the year was full of good spirits and cheer! :)

What a great night we had last night at the Frisco! With one of our largest crowds ever and a healthy mix of regulars and new faces we had the makings of a very exciting trivia evening! Not only that but we ran two trivia's last night, the regular one and then a Xmas themed one so there was double the questions, also many thanks to Flavia and the Frisco for providing an extra $25 voucher for Xmas time, it was a lovely gesture and unexpected but appreciated!
Nordic by Nature was in the house, including some younger family members visiting from overseas and whilst not the entire contingent they were as always one of the best teams in the house!
We also saw the return of the Monumentals, absent for a number of months but back with a vengeance and a team of 7! They trivia'd hard and were strong contenders also... However...
The winner of the evening was Kirily and her team of locals and their little dog too... It would seem that small dogs are helpful at Frisco trivia, which may become part of my research next year...
Sadly the Melbournians team went home empty handed... Rhys and his team managed to come second last and obtain their wine and it was a marvelous effort by them to do so!
And that was the evening... So with that I sign off for 2019... However we will return in 2020 so stay tuned friends! Same Bat Time, Same Bat Channel... albeit with a 2 week hiatus... :)
