Light on Competition but Heavy on Fun!

There were only 3 people ready to play Trivia at 6:30pm and I was tempted to set them up in their own teams for an all out single player brawl... However shortly before 7pm the remaining 7 players wandered in and there was a decent spread of teams and the Trivia could begin in earnest! With Social players Here Until We Aren't mostly in the game for the free drinks at the end of the evening and a duo of locals against Kirily and Lesleys team of steam rolling mega-brains in their somewhat cruel to late comer Mike's team of Mike is a S.A.M (Slow-Arse Motherfucker)... Strangely the Social set were off to a great start in the first round, not only winning the bar basketball shootout but also winning round one with a staggering 19 points and were in the lead! However the musical knowledge of Kirily was once again all that was required and with her scoring 7/8 points in the round it was The team of thinkers who managed to win over the team of drinkers...
As always an amazing evening with fun had by all and so hopefully you will come and join us soon at the Frisco, Same Bat Time, Same Bat Channel... Until next week, Peace out!!! :)
