The Quizmaster did a truly exceptional job. She is outgoing and personable and dealt with me at the start in a professional but also friendly way - we were all immediately confident that we were in good hands. Given how stressed people can get organising events being able to inspire such confidence is a great skill to have.
She established and maintained control in an amiable way and quickly established a rapport with her audience and created atmosphere - she knows how to read the tone of an event and how to flex her style to work with it to build an atmosphere.

Nigel was a great quiz master. The event excited the whole team, and considering we were a little rowdy after our work Christmas dinner, he managed to take charge and conduct a very fun but still challenging quiz.
