Let's call a spade a spade. In terms of attendance, my poor old Green Man quiz returned with more of a whimper than a bang. Aesthetically, however—bang. Yes. BANG. The renewed and refurbished pub is a beautiful thing. If you're reading this, just imagine: Me as your host, in a pub that's damn well near as pretty. Paradise. But seriously, come out and see what they did with the place. In the meantime, tonight quiz: Two small teams kept it very, very close tonight. They even required a dramatic tie-break (featuring the jumping prowess of kangaroos) to put a mere single point of daylight between them. But all of that aside, I mean it. Really.
