A big turnout at Fizrovia's Green Man this week, so much so we had to hijack a chair from the pub's office to seat everyone. The quiz itself touched on space travel and Beatles-based nonsense. Space came in the form of questions on sci-fi films Arrival and the Alien series, as well as the first ever crime committed in space (allegedly). Beatles nonsense came with questions on I Am The Walrus and Come Together (the Fab Four at their most esoteric—debatable, yes). In the end a surprising turnaround saw the Bondy's take the grand prize pot, snatching it from the the Lost EU-ers in round two by a single point. Elsewhere, those who Thought This Was Speed Dating drowned their misguided confusion with a bottle of rosé, their reward for coming second(-to-last). Hope to see all of you again soon.
