A heaving 12 team, 60 person quiz at the Spice of Life this evening. Perhaps the result of last minute cave-in's from the Dry January partakers of London. A very excitable, but equally lovely crowd, and it was all very close when it came to the scores. There was an exciting tie-break for the 2nd to last bottle of wine, won very closely by Quiz in my Eye. Spice quiz regulars 'The Cummy Bears' were in attendance with a respectable 3rd place, but not quite enough to take the prize money. The winning team and the runners-up were workplace rivals, so lets hope that everyone still has a job tomorrow....and that Leanne does not have to eat "dust" - the PG friendly version of the winning quiz name that half of the team were fighting to change it to! What a night.
