Mixed bag at the Railway this week, with regulars, the Railway Children going up against some visitors from a rival quiz, French for Mushrooms. The regulars were found wanting though, just missing out on the prize by 2pts to the visitors. The Wildcats had a strong second half but lost out on 3rd to the B-Rads despite some quite excellent cryptic and flag knowledge. Big hi to the Flapham Four and Not so Smart, first timers at the Railway. The Jackpot eluded the Railway Children as well, after self-selecting their start, they lost out to an unlucky run of cards. Which means we're up to £120 next week, if the quiz isn't shut down for health reasons! Just kidding, we're immune to all known pathogens!
