Standing room only once more at the Railway with the Shaymen back after a long sabbatical to challenge for the title. Had a few regulars in this week too, with The Railway Children and 6 garlic naans and a prawn bhuna back to face off across the bar. Had an international feel to the night with The Aussies, some Canadians in the form of The Cheats and even some Americans with The Marbleheaders joining us for the quiz. It was a clear win for 6 garlic naans and a prawn bhun, who won by two points, with three teams tied in second on 36. No luck for the Shaymen this week, but they did get to go home with a free drink at least. Speaking of free drinks, the wine of shame was claimed by Buffy and the Quiz Slayers, who said that was their intention all along! No jackpot win tonight, so £100 will be up for grabs next week.
