The Cambridge graduate was not required this week!

Nick H

And dare I say it made a difference in that ""Drowning in red Tape" fared much better this week coming third! That said, when our Cambridge man was present last week they did win two prizes, the first for coming second last and of course the Jackpot cash prize. I'm however at a bit of a loss as to what this tells us about an Oxbridge education - a waste of time perhaps? The aforementioned were only 3 points off the winning score of 36 points posted by "Teacher's Pet" who accordingly took the £40 bar voucher first prize. with the ever improving "Quizzically Challenged" in second place and only 2 points off the winning score.

With no "Chalfont Ladies", "Fillies" or "Fitties" this week the £20 bar voucher second prize for coming second last wide open, but as it transpired, ended up being pretty clear cut. "Never going to quiz you Up" set their stall out from question 3 by telling us the Earth has five moons!?!? Needless to say they were 7 points adrift of their closest rivals by the end of the quiz leaving first-timers "Bank of Dad" to take the prize.

For the send week running "Drowning in red Tape" won the opportunity to play for the Jackpot cash prize, but didn't have the success they had last week. Would the Cambridge graduate have made any difference? According to them, an emphatic no. We do it all again next Tuesday 3rd March, same time, same place.
