With just a one point lead at half time, The Jam Tree in Clapham Old Town was host to one of the closest battles in quiz history. There was even a 3-way tie for the bonus free drink question! 'The Antipodes' and 'He Plays Tag Rugby' were neck and neck all the way to the end, and tied on 24 points apiece, but victory was had by the team from Oz with their mind-blowing ability to estimate the depth of South Africa’s deepest goldmine. A very exciting match, and a very impressive display of general and not so general knowledge!
