Only two teams for the first quiz of 2020 tonight. Clapham Junction is very gentrified however so I'm guessing everyone is doing dry January. Not everyone though as regulars Quiztal palace took first prize of the bar tab and second place The Other Team (the only people from Bermuda I've ever met in fact) made it to the Jackpot round. Horrible cards however, starting on a king, going lower and getting an ace. Aces high as Maiden used to say. Bad luck indeed. However it's free entry and double Jackpot through January. I'm not sure yet if that means the Jackpot doubles every week or whether it's capped at tonight's double. I'll know next week though. See you there then. X
