Seven teams started this good-natured night at The Crown, but 7 quickly became 6. 'Something we said, guys??' Round 1 belonged to the knowledge collective that was Friends Reunited, though Beaky Blinders & We Like Waistcoats (so does this host!) got close. New quizzers Let's Get Quizzical & stalwarts Close To Leopold put in respectable scores. Round 2 saw the questions get harder, with tight-knit crew Close To Leopold gaining ground. But it was Beaky Blinders' night, breasting the tape (and Bar Tab) easily ahead of still-impressive rivals Friends United. Close To Leopold managed a solid third, and their guesstimating skills earned a chance at the Jackpot. Sadly the cards didn't fall their way, so the Jackpot rolls over at a tantalising £104!
