It was announced this evening that this was to be the last quiz at The Colton due to the pub being sold. A very sad evening, and due to the current climate a very quiet one. That said, those here were all valued regulars who made the evening fun and entertaining...... much joking and banter, and of course my signature answer, Dean Martin, got a cheer. Regular past winners, this week calling themselves after that very question took the first prize, and last week's runners up, No I'm Smarticus, again took second place...... A poignant evening full of fun and farewells, and despite the times, hugs and handshakes. This has been a fantastic place to Quiz host, populated by a truly great bunch of quizzers and fantastic pub staff. Sad to say Goodbye.
